Corimbia is developing integrated statistical and software infrastructure tools to help biologists better design and interpret the data from genome wide experiments, e.g. microarray data analysis and proteomics. The tools developed by Corimbia capture variability and undesired noise introduced into the data at multiple points in the process from the experimental design throughout the data mining pipeline. Corimbia's currently available software tools consist of Probe Profiler, a software for improved analysis of Affymetrix GeneChip data, and GenoWorks a data management system for Affymetrix users.
